What Is The P-Shot?

A P-Shot is an injection of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), taken from the patient and injected into the penis. This PRP rejuvenates the penis, which increases the efficiency of other ED treatments. The P-Shot frequently increases length and girth and frequently helps treat penile curvature.

How Does This Help My ED?

It has been shown that well over half the men with ED have occlusion of the small vessels in the penis. Occlusion of the vessels prevents the penis from filling with blood and producing an erection. PRP has stem cells that stimulate the growth of the tissue the body needs. PRP has factors that cause new blood vessel growth, this actually repairs many of the problems that cause ED.

I Have Heard That P-Shot Promotes Male Enhancement, Is This True?

The P-Shot will very frequently increase the length and girth of the penis. studies have shown that a P-Shot with the regular use of the penis pump will increase penile length in about 80% of men.

What Other Benefits Are There With The P-Shot?

There are several benefits of the P-Shot. One interesting benefit of the P-Shot is most men describe a dramatic increase in sensation with sex. Most men will say their erection is harder and stronger. It is helpful in treating curvature in the penis called Peyronie’s Disease.

Shockwave Therapy

Erectile dysfunction affects men of all ages, with 30 million men in the United States alone affected by some degree of ED.

shockwave therapy

What is Shockwave?

Shock waves are delivered by a device that is applied to the skin of the penis in several areas. The number of shockwave pulses delivered as well as their frequency and energy are customized to each condition treated and to each patient.

It does not require an anesthetic and is comfortable, with most men experiencing a mild tingling feeling in the penis with each shockwave.

How many times do I have to do shockwave treatments to treat ED?

The most common recommendation is two treatments per week for three weeks, for a total of six treatment sessions. This is the protocol followed by the vast majority of clinics, but we go the extra mile at Beyer Functional Wellness. While six treatments are all that is needed for most men, our protocol is to do six treatments (two times a week for three weeks), take a six-week break, and do as many as six more treatments in order to achieve desired results.

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

As a comprehensive Wellness clinic, with expertise in lab testing and hormone replacement therapy, we are literally your one-stop-shop mens sexual wellness clinic. In addition to the ED treatment options listed above, we can evaluate your testosterone status and set you up on a very affordable Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) plan if there is a problem. (See our TRT membership options on our RepeatMD app insert link to that here). It’s also very important to mention here that many Testosterone problems are missed because of labs that are not in-depth enough...only checking “Total” testosterone rather than both “Total” and “Free Testosterone”, as well as several other markers like “SHBG”. That’s never the case in our clinic, as we measure all the necessary markers to know for sure what your Testosterone status is. And of course we provide the necessary follow-up blood work to ensure safe and effective TRT. We also are flexible with how the Testosterone is administered, offering in-office injections when preferred, but allowing self-administration at-home injections (after a consultation with our NP) if you’re comfortable with that option. This of course decreases the number of office visits required. Last but certainly not least, it’s important to understand how significantly a mans quality of life will be improved when a low T issue is corrected. Not only will there be improvements in sexual wellness, but in many other aspects of life, such as improved energy levels, clarity of thinking, improvements in sleep, and increased productivity just to name a few.
